I believe in teaching how I learn best which is also called the "Flipped classroom" method I believe. With the students already covering the work in classrooms and needing support I will require them before class to review the material and some set out questions at different levels. In sessions with me, they will know what it is they are struggling to understand or having difficulty with. I believe in the "if you can teach it, you understand it" motto, therefore the students will have regular presentations where they will teach each other the material. By doing this the students can hear the material from different perspectives and hopefully understand it at a deeper level.
