About Vilia
I am a Human Resource Development Specialist and involved in Mental Health training. The last three years I focused on emotional illnesses due to trauma using Attachment Therapy, Trauma Therapy and Addiction Therapy and teaching children Mathematics and Afrikaans/English. For seven years I am involved in Life Skills Training within the community. Earlier I focused mainly on Leadership and Management training for 20 years.

My teaching method is outcome based and impact orientated. I believe in a structured environment with different teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. The methodology is more process than contend orientated bearing in mind that evidence of learning must be align with learning programs.
