About Daphne
I am currently a master's student at USC. I finished my undergraduate degree here in journalism this past May in 3 years, and will just take one more year to complete my master's in marketing.
I am a very driven and detail-oriented person. I tend not to procrastinate and see the benefit of doing a little bit of work at a time to meet deadlines.
I love teaching, and have taught Spanish and other subjects at many different levels — beginner up to AP Spanish. I love learning with students about their own interests and what brought them to learn about a certain topic.

I focus my lessons on how my students want to learn. If students are interested in Latin music, I'll use that as a focus for exercises. If they're interested in culture/ food, I'll use that as a focal points.
Vocabulary and grammar will typically follow a Spanish I - AP Spanish format, but I am receptive to what my students deem important for themselves and can change the lists and objectives.
I will always meet my students where they are and will encourage them to engage in proper language-learning techniques. I am working on my fifth language myself and have a good study guideline setup for languages.
