I host annual Sailing Retreats in Greece, Eco-somatic workshops in Bali, am a Global permaculture designer, and nature enthusiast. My focus is to bring the outer awareness into the body and explore your inner terrain. Using creative visualization and meditation techniques we will explore your inner landscape and create a pathway to your 'inner sanctuary'... the quite place within where you are able to return home to yourself.
