About Lillian
Hi! I’m Lillian, a fourth-year psychology student with a passion for helping others learn and build confidence in their abilities. I previously worked at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, where I provided one-on-one instruction to students with a variety of learning styles and needs. This experience strengthened my skills in individualized instruction, patience, communication, and adapting lessons to each student.
I have experience supporting students with learning differences and special needs, as well as students who simply want extra help strengthening their skills. I especially enjoy helping students with reading, grammar, writing, and comprehension. I strive to create a welcoming and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning at their own pace.

I have experience teaching both reading comprehension and grammar to students with a variety of learning needs. I begin by assessing each student’s current skills to identify their strengths and areas where they may need additional support. From there, I use a bottom-up approach, focusing first on building a strong foundation before moving on to more complex concepts. I also adapt my teaching style to each student and encourage questions throughout the process. My goal is to help students strengthen their English skills while also becoming more confident and independent learners.
