About Rodion
Graduate from the Language Teaching course. I am currently studying for a master's degree at the Faculty of Linguistics. I have been teaching languages for over 5 years, during which time I have been able to successfully teach Russian to many people. Now I am living in Rome and I want to share my knowledge with new students interested in this wonderful language.

In my lessons, I use a lexical approach, as it is what helps a person to start speaking a new language more quickly. The grammar of the Russian language might seem very confusing at first and this robs many of the desire to learn it. But the lexical approach helps to focus on the main part of any language: the words. It is the words, not the grammar, that convey 80% of the meaning. Therefore, most of the class time is spent talking and reading. I don't start with boring and complicated rules. Only when the student himself asks a question about the rules of grammar - this is what it means to me that he is ready to study it and, most importantly, to put it into practice in conversation.
