About Aliyah-May
Je m’appelle Aliyah, étudiante en linguistique à l’Université de Montréal, et je souhaite devenir orthophoniste. Je suis parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais. Ayant moi-même connu les défis liés à la vie étudiante, j’ai à cœur d’accompagner les élèves dans leur apprentissage, particulièrement en français et en anglais. Je comprends à quel point l’Épreuve uniforme de français peut être stressante, et c’est pourquoi je m’efforce d’offrir un soutien adapté, bienveillant et motivant. Je suis convaincue que tout objectif est atteignable avec de la persévérance, de la motivation et du travail. My name is Aliyah. I’m currently studying Linguistics at the University of Montreal and aspire to become a speech-language therapist. I’m fluent in both French and English. As a student myself, I understand the challenges that come with learning — which is why I’m passionate about helping others succeed, especially in French and English. I know how stressful the Épreuve uniforme de français can be, and I strive to offer patient, personalized, and motivating support. I truly believe that with effort, motivation, and hard work, any goal is achievable.

I’m passionate about teaching, supporting and helping students using positive reinforcement and encouraging correction techniques. I enjoy incorporating games and interactive activities into my sessions to make learning both effective and engaging. My approach is targeted: I focus first on the areas that pose the greatest challenges, then build from there. Each session includes short exercises that we review together regularly to reinforce progress. I always adapt to the student’s pace and individual needs. Aspiring to become a speech-language pathologist, I work primarily with students from elementary to high school. Je suis passionnée par l’enseignement et l’accompagnement des élèves, en privilégiant des techniques de correction positives et bienveillantes. J’aime intégrer des jeux et des activités ludiques à mes séances afin de rendre l’apprentissage à la fois stimulant et efficace. Ma méthode est ciblée : j’aborde en priorité les points qui posent le plus de difficultés, puis je progresse à partir de là. Chaque rencontre inclut de courts exercices que nous corrigeons ensemble pour consolider les acquis. Je m’adapte toujours au rythme et aux besoins de l’élève. Aspirante orthophoniste, je propose des cours adaptés aux élèves du primaire jusqu’au secondaire.
