About Alexandria
I am a linguistics and TESOL MA student with 2 years in class teaching experience in Asia and 5 years tutoring experience. I have been working as a tutor since I was 15, and its something that I've dedicated my adult life to as well, so I am undeniably passionate about teaching.

I wouldn't brand myself as a communicative language teacher, but I draw many of my methods from that framework. I believe in developing learner autonomy and engaging students in meaningful tasks. I think giving the students the chance to test their language without fear of making mistakes is the most important thing!
