About Amanda
My classes are 100% in English and are based on a method known as "communicative approach", which proposes the teaching of the language, in a dynamic way, with total immersion of the student and presentation of a context. I elaborate personalized classes for each type of student, relating the English language to the reality, objectives and tastes of the student, in order to make it more accessible and less "a beast of seven heads". For young children, for example, I bring toys and storybooks in the language - the class is a real joke in English. For teenagers and adults, it is possible to relate the language to songs, series, movies, etc. I usually prepare personalized lessons according to the needs of each student (it may be an exchange or business trip, for example), which can be adapted to a greater focus on conversation, writing, or whatever the student prefers.

My name is Amanda, I am a student of Literature at USP and I have experience teaching private lessons and in several English schools from very young children to teenagers and adults, at all levels, from basic to advanced.
