About Lulama
My name is Lulama, but my students over the past couple of years love to refer to me as Red. I have 2 qualifications: a BA in Live Performance and a TEFL certificate.
I studied acting but realised while doing my degree that I really have a passion for teaching and that is why I went and got my TEFL certificate.
I enjoy reading, watching videos on YouTube and eating cake! I am relatable and I believe that is one of the things that makes me a great teacher.

I teach using a conversational style. I understand that English can be quite intimidating considering how well so many people speak it - so I want my students to learn in a relaxed environment. I love asking questions and I encourage my students to do the same!
I am fluent in English and my TEFL certificate allows me to teach the language as well.
What you can expect in a typical lesson is a natural conversation around my teaching material and lesson plan. I want you to be learning as comfortably as possible.
