I believe that practical or the practicality involved in study is much more effective than the traditional method of passive reading and spoon-feeding. I usually try to involve the students in my teaching method with the help of seminars and paper presentations or presenting the subject in their way, which not only helps them to grasp the topic easily but also to figure out their field of interest.
