About Benita
I have a Certficate to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga from Ashtanga Yoga Mysore, India (2013).
I started teaching in 2012, and I have since taught internationally (Finland, Spain, Nicaragua, Thailand, Mexico…).
I have taught all kinds of yoga: Ashtanga, Yin, Hatha, Pre-natal, For Kids, For Men, Privates, With Babies, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra…

Whether it’s help with breathing, strength, flexibility, connection with your baby (born or unborn), stress-relief, relaxation etc etc I am happy to provide you with a practice to make your own and carry with you long after our classes end.
