About Sita
I come from a various background, such as the IT world and moving in to teach Yoga and Meditation for long years as well as writing Screenplays and drawing on my iPad.
I teach Yoga since 2004. My style of teaching is ancient Yoga based on the Chakras, Chanting Sanskrit, and applying different breathing techniques, all incorporated for example, during a Meditation stretching for Balance.

Well-being, Meditation, deep breathing, and healthy eating have always been the core of my lifestyle. A practitioner of Meditation since childhood, I was certified to teach Hatha (2004) and Vinyasa Yoga (2010) and since then have continued to learn and integrate many styles of Yoga such as Adaptive Yoga, Kundalini, Ancient Yoga, and Meditation into my life and teaching.
I am an extremely caring instructor who will guide you according to your needs. I can bring you Static Hatha poses, Adaptive Yoga with little or no Physical Mobility, Kundalini Yoga involving the awakening of the Kundalini Energy, Vinyasa flow movements, and Core building. I encourage students to connect with their breathing while stretching, fueling and energizing their mind & body while deepening inner focus.
