About Cody
I am a 20 year practitioner of meditation, qigong (simple and profound movement and body awareness exercises) and Chinese martial arts. I have also been a practicing acupuncturist for over 10 years. I have taught qigong and meditation to full classes as well as individual students, profoundly helping them live more beautiful lives.
