About Elizabeth
I love learning, and my lifelong passion has led me to pursue a teaching degree. I have a BA in global development; however, I am continuing my studies to complete a Bachelor of Education to help others like my teachers did for me.
I have worked with learners of all ages for over seven years as a tutor, an educational assistant, and a library assistant. I cultivated different skill sets for each role, working with children and adults to foster equity in inclusive community spaces. I continue to work in education as an additional language assistant as a substitute for English. I enjoy continuously exploring teaching methodology, increasing my knowledge of pedagogical practices, and understanding the impact of society and culture in educational spaces.
