About Adair
I have been training others privately for eight years, young and old, male and female and couples. I have gotten my clients to lose 50× pounds and others to increase their strength by 200%. Also I have helped people increase their flexibility and eliminate nagging injuries and weak body parts.

I train inside at a local gym and outside at the beach or park. I can also come to your home. I have training equipment l can bring to you to use. My training consists of calisthenics (bodyweight training) and dumbbells workouts and resistance bands. I also do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) at the beach or park. If you go to the gym with me or have a gym where you live we can incorporate that into your training. You will also have a warmup and cool down session with stretching as well.
