About Chrissy
Chrissy is a personal trainer, a full-time mum to her children. I have a history of female bodybuilding competitions from beach body to women’s Physique. I am passionate about all things fitness and health. I am a female boxer and regularly enjoy sparring and teaching Boxfit.
