I have been a student of Nadine's since February 2016 studying written and spoken french. I chose Nadine because she is a native French speaker and wanted 1-1 tuition tailored to my ability. I studied french up to 16 years of age and had continued to use conversational french on holiday but had forgotten much of the grammar. Nadine has helped me to improve both my written and spoken french considerably as well as providing insights into the cultural, political and socio-economic aspects of the country. I have found Nadine a patient and enthusiastic tutor who has made relearning this language a fun and worthwhile exercise. She has tailored the exercises we do to continually stretch my ability and over time has suggested a range of resources (films, books, magazines, radio, internet etc) which provide an interesting background to my studies. She has also arranged social events with her other students which have been interesting and fun. I have been able to see a real improvement in my ability over the months and hope to continue as her student for the foreseeable future. I would strongly recommend Nadine as a tutor.
