About Amy
As I've been an aerialist for a number of years expanding my range of apparatus was a no brainer. Combined with studying a degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology I have a deep understanding of strength and conditioning as well as flexibility and mobility.

I am a pole dancer who has been practicing for 4 years and instructing for 3 years. As a studying Clinical Exercise Physiologist, I have a deep understanding of anatomy and training persons through lack of strength, injury, illness, and weight loss. My dance background is multidisciplinary and I currently run the choreography class at my home studio teaching not only dance but also how to choreograph.
