I am a yoga instructor and a PhD in Art History, with training and teaching experience in both New York and Madrid. My approach to yoga is practical and personalized, designed to meet the specific needs of each student.
In today’s demanding and fast-paced world, I offer sessions that support both physical well-being and mental clarity. Drawing on principles from Chinese medicine and Ayurveda, I create classes that help improve strength, flexibility, and focus. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I aim to provide a supportive and effective experience tailored to your goals.

I offer private and group yoga classes for all levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—designed to support your physical and mental well-being. Specializing in Restorative Yoga and Vinyasa, my sessions focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and encouraging relaxation through mindful movement.
Classes can be scheduled at flexible times and locations to suit your needs. When possible, I encourage holding sessions outdoors—in one of Madrid’s parks or natural settings—to enhance the experience through a deeper connection with nature.
