I have been helping others learn for over a decade in many different ways. From assisting the technologically inexperienced learn to enjoy modern communication marvels to tutoring elementary students in reading and everything between, I focus on helping the individual discover the joy of new information and experience.

Far too often our education system runs loops teaching the same material over and over again, teaching to the next standardized test. It focuses on short term memory, which is fantastic for getting quick results on upcoming tests. It fails, however, in long term knowledge retention. Students only truly retain knowledge when they understand it and my focus is finding the right way to present information to each individual that they truly understand what they're doing, why they're doing it, and where they can apply the knowledge in the real world.
