About Douglas
Martial arts student and practitioner since the age of 15. I went a long way training and graduating, until I started teaching classes in 2015 at the GINÁSIO MUNICIPAL DE CACHOEIRINHA. through social projects. I also teach private martial arts and self defense classes licensed by the Brazilian muay thai federation and FULL CONTACT.

Develop the body and mind through the principles of martial art. with the training of "MUAY THAI" learn the name of the strokes in Thai and the philosophy of Thai martial art. With "Full Japanese Contact" learn the names of Japanese strokes and the study of martial art from its origins. OBJECTIVES: - resistance training. - self-defense. - development of motor coordination. - balance between mind and body. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: -Fast burning of fat. -in a class you can spend up to 1000cal. - fight stress. - advanced body coordination and resourcefulness.
