I’m a Chemistry tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Inorganic Chemistry. My passion lies in the fascinating world of food preservation chemistry and food analysis. I love exploring the chemical changes that occur during food spoilage and how antioxidants and emulsifiers play vital roles in keeping food fresh. I delve into the chemistry behind various preservation methods like canning, drying, and fermentation.
