About Jonathan
After receiving tutoring myself throughout primary and high school I have gained a personal understanding of what makes a good tutor and I am passionate about providing this for other people. Outside of academics I enjoy camping, hiking and surfing as I absolutely love the outdoors. I also love to travel and play hockey in my spare time.

My tutoring is designed to build confidence, enhance understanding, and make learning enjoyable for students of all levels. Through my study of psychology I have gained a strong understanding of cognition, academic development and learning difficulties like dyslexia allowing me to better help people reach their academic potential. My tutoring focuses on: - Personalized Lessons: I tailor sessions to individual needs, whether it’s academic support, exam preparation, or skill development. - Psychology-Informed Techniques: Using my psychology background, I implement strategies that enhance memory, comprehension, and motivation. - Flexible Sessions: Lessons run for 1 to 1.5 hours to allow for any breaks or adaptability in the session. I have worked with primary, high school, and university students and believe in making education accessible, engaging, and rewarding.
