Etienne was my French teacher in Manila. He made learning fun through unique methods such as games that made you think on your feet, and funny YouTube clips that made it easier to remember lessons. He made sure every student in class felt welcome and safe and, in doing so, I learned so much faster because I wasn’t afraid to make mistakes.

Etienne teaches French in an unconventional way, which makes his class the most fun class I have ever attended. You'll definitely learn a lot without the feeling of exhaustion. Learning French can be exhausting honestly, but again, Etienne makes things light and definitely fun.
He was my French teacher since my A1.2 up until A2.2. If we could just stop him from leaving us, we definitely would! You'll never regret having Etienne as your French Teacher.

M. Etienne is not your typical French teacher. You will not get bored by his way of teaching because of his animated and friendly personality (thanks to his singing, acting and gaming skills) and his usage of a variety of teaching methods that go beyond what the textbook recommends. What I like about most of the exercises he personally construct is that it forces you to use your imagination and recall all the existing French vocabulary and grammar you know. He ensures everyone participates in his class and that mistakes made are not something to be afraid of. Lastly, I love how he manages to insert some dramatic storytelling to explain why some aspects of the French language are the way they are.

If you want to experience a meaningful and funfilled French learning journey, then you won't regret choosing M. Etienne :D

I have been a student of Monsieur Etienne and I highly recommend him as an exceptional French teacher. His classes are always lively and engaging, creating an enjoyable learning environment. He is extremely approachable and always willing to help students with any difficulties. I started with zero knowledge of French, but under his guidance, I am now able to converse with my french boyfriend. His teaching methods are effective not to mention the songs/hymns he makes for us to memorize some french verbs.
