About Edgar
I am currently a masters student in mechanical engineering. I've taught over 40 college students throughout my time in undergrad, primarily in math and physics related subjects. Although I have no professional experience tutoring, I'm confident in my understanding of high school and college level mathematics and physics, and I know I will be able to translate my passion for learning into teaching.

I believe the traditional textbook and equation memorization style of learning is outdated and doesn't promote learning. Relating subjects to real world applications allows me to fully grasp the concept at hand. For physics in particular, I believe students develop a liking for the subject if they are able to see the concepts that they are learning be put to use in the real world. Creating an interactive and enjoyable platform for my students to learn will be my primary goal.
