About Michel Yi-Hao
I wish to share the knowledge that I have spent around 6 years to take in through intense studies, work, and the CFA. Finance can be a really complex and daunting subject, but I am here to help you understand it one piece at a time, and show you how that knowledge is applied in the professional world.
I am, and always have been, someone who gets frustrated when professors teach people content without explaining what the practical applications are. Whether you feel the same or not, I will always ensure that you understand the relevance of the knowledge that we will discuss so that you do not have to deal with the same feeling. Whether that is by providing you a crash course, helping you work through lectures, or helping you with assignments, I will do what I have to help you.
Also, I have generally been described as someone who is very cheerful. So I will do my best to honor that description and make you learn with a smile!

I will assist you in, and not do for you, any finance or accounting task that you need to complete for your studies. I can also provide a general crash course on undergraduate financial concepts as well as some real world application.
I have educational material, that I went through myself as a student, from both the University of Toronto and IE Business School that I will use as a basis for the knowledge that I will teach you. FYI, my focus in both my work and my studies is valuations.
For my teaching style, I prefer to adopt a coaching method. I will aim to move at a pace that will help you take in and understand the knowledge as best as possible, so that you may develop a solid foundation.
