About Maria Carolina
I am a Master of Gastronomy from the Italian UniSG University, I have a background in the gastronomy of the world, specializing in Italian, Japanese, North American and Middle Eastern cuisine. I also work with exports of Portuguese wines, I write about gastronomy, culture and technology for international sites, and I do specialized tours in Oporto.

I approach the gastronomy in a freeway, according to the student. If you want only theoretical teaching, I still provide recipes so the student can work from home. If theoretical and practical, we cook together and learn more about some country-specific cuisine.
