My first session starts by understanding the student's needs, the current methodology they follow, identifying gaps in their approach to tackle questions, aligning their availability and schedule with mine and being super flexible with any student accommodation. As the sessions proceed, I get a deeper understanding of how to direct students based on their comprehension level.
