  • 1) When did you develop an interest in your chosen field and in private tutoring?

Honestly, teaching and coaching kind of found me over time. I started my career in technology and project management, but I was always the person helping, guiding, and mentoring others.

As I grew personally and academically (especially studying psychology and counseling), I realized this wasn’t just something I did—it was who I am.

Private tutoring became a natural fit because I love working one-on-one and really helping people grow at their own pace.
  • 2) Tell us more about the subject you teach

I focus a lot on real-life learning—not just theory. I like helping students understand how to actually use what they’re learning in everyday situations.

    I enjoy topics like:

    Communication and confidence

Real conversations (not just textbook answers)

    Personal growth and goal setting

I’m not a big fan of just memorizing for the sake of memorizing—I want students to understand and apply what they learn.
  • 3) Did you have any role models?

Yes, definitely. The teachers who impacted me the most weren’t just knowledgeable—they cared. They were patient, real, and created a space where you felt comfortable learning.

That stuck with me, and it’s something I try to give to my own students.
  • 4) What makes a good tutor?

To me, a good tutor is someone who:

Is patient and easy to talk to

Can explain things in a simple way

Adjusts to how each student learns

Encourages you instead of making you feel stuck

It’s really about connection and helping someone feel confident, not just “getting through the lesson.”
  • 5) Share an anecdote

I’ve worked with people who didn’t feel confident at all in the beginning. One person in particular struggled to express themselves and second-guessed everything.

Over time, with practice and encouragement, they started speaking more freely and confidently.

That moment when it clicks for someone—that’s my favorite part of teaching.
  • 6) What challenges have you faced?

One of the biggest challenges is helping people move from knowing something to actually doing it. That gap can be tough.

Also, every student learns differently, so I have to stay flexible and adjust my approach.

But honestly, those challenges have made me a better teacher.
  • 7) What are you passionate about?

I’m really passionate about helping people grow into who they’re meant to be.

Teaching is a big part of that, but it’s also about:

    Building confidence

    Helping people think for themselves

    Supporting real-life growth

I just love seeing people evolve.
  • 8) What makes you a Superprof?

I’d say it’s the combination of my experience and how I connect with people. I bring real-life knowledge, not just theory, and I meet students where they are.

I’m patient, supportive, and I genuinely care about helping people grow—not just academically, but personally too.

I’m not just here to teach—I’m here to help you get it and feel confident doing it
