About Chelsea
I have been a High School Counselor in the public school system for the past 9 years. Prior to that, I was the Director of Operations in NYC for an Executive Function Coaching company. I began my career in a behavioral school setting, working with students who struggled in the public school setting.

During my tutoring sessions, I evaluate the student needs areas first. Once needs areas are established, I work with the student on their mindset and goals. We experiment with different strategies to encourage personal growth. Every student learns and thrives differently, it is just a matter of finding your personalized tools for success.
