About Sierra
I’m a Physics tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s in Physics (MPhys), specialising in the fascinating intersection of physics and biology. My focus is on biophysics and the physics of living systems—areas where the beauty of nature meets the precision of physical laws. I’ve helped students understand how forces, energy, and motion apply within cells, tissues, and entire organisms. From molecular motors that drive cellular movement to the physics behind membrane transport and nerve impulses, I break complex topics into clear, approachable lessons. I also guide students through the mechanics of muscle motion, blood flow, and other principles of biomechanics. Whether it's diffusion across membranes or the electrical dynamics of neurons, I help learners grasp how physics brings life into focus. My teaching approach in Physics is focused, practical, and designed for results.
