I am a Masters in Psychology (Clinical) graduate from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. I am actively involved in helping people learn and grow, one step at a time, through fun activities and tasks. My methodology is mostly interactive, involving fun sessions and tasks to remember and learn. It would be structured as 5+10+30+10+5, where it starts with an icebreaker or an activity to gear up, followed by general mood check and levels of attentivity, followed by lessons through either stories or personal experiences, coupled with powerpoints. This can then be followed by a recap and finally to end the session on a good note, through feedback and tasks.
