About Shonda
Transitioning from the trading floor to the classroom felt like a natural shift after 13 years of industry work. Truthfully, I sometimes miss the adrenaline of a live market, but I enjoy explaining the mechanics of supply and demand much more now.
My master class in economics with expert notes from Oxford ensures that I approach every concept with academic rigour and practical clarity. I focus on exam technique, economic development, and elasticity to help you grasp the core principles. We also examine the nuances of inflation and unemployment alongside the complexities of market failure. Do you have a specific topic that currently makes your head spin during your studies?

Starting our first session involves mapping the exact gaps in your current understanding until the logic of a graph finally clicks into place. With 120 students taught, I have refined my ability to explain complex systems through clear, structured dialogue. My 13 years of experience as an economist allow me to break down market efficiency into manageable pieces.
We integrate weekly data-response practice to ensure you remain exam-board-fluent. These sessions move at your pace, balancing deep theory with practical application, until you hit that 8.0 mark of consistent, high-level performance.
