About Sachin
Hello! I am Sachin Tukaram Aher, a Mechanical Design Engineer and current Design Head with 6 years of hands-on industry experience in New Product Development (NPD), machinery design, and structural packaging. My technical mastery spans Siemens NX, Creo Parametric, Teamcenter PLM, and specialized NX Automation using C#.NET. My teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in actual industry practices. Having spent years leading design teams, conducting rigorous design reviews, and coordinating directly with manufacturing floors, I know exactly what companies look for in a designer. In my classes, you won't just learn which buttons to press; you will master GD&T, tolerance stack-up, DFMA, and real-world problem-solving.
