About Muhammad Rayyan
I am Muhammad Rayyan, an Aerospace Engineer with a strong academic and practical foundation in mechanical systems, computer-aided design, and computational simulation. Having built my engineering journey from hands-on diploma work to advanced degree studies, I bridge the gap between core physical principles and modern software execution. My technical experience spans across complex 3D CAD modeling, structural mechanics, and fluid flow simulations.
Teaching is a passion driven by my desire to demystify complex engineering tools for students. I have mentored numerous peers and university students through difficult coursework, semester projects, and Final Year Projects (FYP), helping them overcome steep learning curves in CAD and simulation software. My goal as a tutor is to create an encouraging, patient environment where you not only learn how to use SolidWorks and ANSYS proficiently, but also develop genuine problem-solving intuition and industry-ready engineering confidence.

My lessons are built around a practical, project-based approach designed to help you truly understand the engineering concepts behind SolidWorks and ANSYS rather than just memorizing toolbar functions. During each session, we connect via interactive screen-sharing to work through real engineering geometries, technical blueprints, and simulation domains side by side, ensuring you build confidence in practical problem-solving from day one.
In SolidWorks, we progress systematically from fundamental parametric sketching and robust 3D feature creation to advanced topics like complex surface modeling, detailed assembly mates, and production-ready manufacturing drawings. For ANSYS Fluent and structural simulation, the focus is on mastering clean geometry preparation in SpaceClaim, generating high-quality computational meshes, setting accurate physics and boundary conditions, and critically analyzing post-processing results such as contours, vector plots, and convergence trends.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, combining hands-on modeling with dedicated time to troubleshoot common software errors, mesh divergence issues, and broken mate constraints. These classes are ideal for engineering undergraduates, diploma holders, and project teams of all skill levels looking to excel in university coursework, semester design tasks, or Final Year Projects.
