Thomas est un ami de jeunesse et on fait des sorties footing dès qu'on a un moment. Il m'aide à me préparer pour des objectifs comme un 10km ou un semi-marathon. Il est très patient et didactique. Il n'hésite pas à prendre le temps d'expliquer clairement ses méthodes et de motiver les troupes quand c'est nécessaire. Je recommande chaudement !
