About Ugomma
I am a native Igbo speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and I am TESOL/TEFL certified. I have been teaching languages for several years and I am passionate about helping students improve their communication skills.
I help learners build confidence in Igbo through simple, practical, and interactive lessons. My goal is to improve students’ speaking ability, pronunciation, and understanding of everyday Igbo communication.
I teach children, beginners, and intermediate learners, and I tailor my lessons to each student’s needs and learning pace.

My lessons are interactive, practical, and student-focused. I use pictures, podcasts, demonstrations, and real-life objects to make learning easy and engaging. I encourage students to speak often and practice actively, with repetition to help improve fluency and memory.
A typical lesson includes speaking practice, vocabulary building, pronunciation, and simple exercises based on the student’s level.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and I am TESOL/TEFL certified. I am a native Igbo speaker with experience teaching online.
