I’m a piano tutor with over 7 years of experience and a background in Bachelor of Music Education, Voice Focus. My lessons are all about feeling the rhythm, locking into the groove, and making music that moves you. I believe learning piano should be vibrant, fun, and full of pulse—so we explore syncopation, drive, and flow from day one.
Whether you’re into pop, funk, gospel, or a little mix of everything, I tailor each session to match your vibe and goals. I love helping students develop the skills to accompany singers, bring out the soul in a melody, and lay down grooves that stick. Jazz voicings? We’ll dive into them. Rhythmic variation? You’ll learn how to turn a simple chord progression into a rhythmic masterpiece.
From clapping games to groove-based improvisation, I use rhythm as the heartbeat of my teaching. You'll gain technique, musicality, and the confidence to play expressively. We explore playing by ear, layering textures, and finding your own sound.
