About Keyhan

I am a fitness coach, exercise physiologist, educator, and competitive athlete with over 15 years of experience in fitness coaching and personal training. I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and spent five years as a university lecturer, teaching exercise physiology and related subjects to future health and fitness professionals.

As a Men’s Physique and Bodybuilding Champion, I combine academic knowledge with real-world competitive experience to help clients achieve safe, effective, and sustainable results.

I am an internationally certified NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and NASM Weight Loss Specialist (WLS), with weight management and body transformation as my primary area of expertise.

I have one year of experience working alongside Dr. Suffian’s Weight Loss Clinic, supporting clients with obesity, diabetes, and other lifestyle-related conditions through evidence-based exercise programs as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

In less than two years, I have coached more than 100 athletes and clients, both in person and online. I have also been the fitness columnist for Expat Magazine Malaysia for over two years, where I write educational articles on health, fitness, nutrition, and exercise science.

To provide continuous support beyond our sessions, I developed KEYFit, my coaching app, where clients receive personalized training programs, progress tracking, habit coaching, and direct communication to help them stay accountable and achieve long-term success.

Each session lasts 60 minutes and is available in person in Kuala Lumpur or online. You’ll also receive access to my coaching app, where you can follow your personalized training program, log your workouts, track your progress, communicate with me, and receive ongoing support between sessions.

My coaching is personalized and based on scientific evidence rather than one-size-fits-all programs. Every client starts with a comprehensive assessment, including an InBody body composition analysis to measure body fat, muscle mass, and other key health indicators. These measurements allow us to create a personalized plan and monitor your progress throughout your journey.

I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and have experience working alongside medical doctors, helping clients improve their health, lose fat, build muscle, and manage conditions such as obesity and type 2 diabetes through exercise.

My coaching is suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced individuals, especially busy professionals looking for safe, sustainable, and long-term results.

Every session finishes with approximately 10 minutes of guided stretching and recovery using a professional massage gun, included within your 60-minute session to improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance recovery.
