About Nikisha
I am a Masters Graduate (Biological Sciences) and have had the privilege of mentoring and teaching undergraduate students in biology and statistical related modules. I have three years of experience in relation to mentoring/teaching. This experience fuelled not only my passion for science but to create a positive impact in the lives of others by sharing and gaining knowledge.

I personally prefer to make use of interactive methods in the class that allow learners to interact and engage with each other. Biology is quite a practical subject and it requires practical based methods. In conjunction with this, I make use of a number of teaching materials and methods including interactive charts, diagrams, videos, practical based experiments in relation to the topic, educational games and group /teacher discussions.
