About Kelsey
I am a college graduate, with an undergraduate and master's degree in special education. I have always had a passion for getting to know and supporting others, understanding the individual to support them best. I first started work in customer service and childcare. This transitioned into tutoring, academic support and mentorship. My educational degree provided background and training in teaching and providing individualized support and accommodation. Early on in my career I worked within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism, which allowed me to focus on vocational, daily living and leisure with individuals ranging from 14-21. My current profession is focused on employment supports and training for individuals with a variety of barriers, prioritizing working towards and achieving individualized goals.

With educational and professional training with academic support, intervention, vocational/daily living and employability skills, my goal is to create individualized support to address all desired outcomes. Transition and life beyond a structured school setting can be very daunting. My professional background has given me the tools and resources to support individuals and families connect with appropriate programs and services in the adult world. My passion lies with transition and supporting others to be successful in the classroom and beyond.
