About Courtney
I have a masters degree in psychology with focus on human behavior. As a licensed behavior specialist I have been offering custom behavior change treatment plans for client for over seven years.
Over the last four years, I developed a passion for physical, fitness and healthy eating. Which lead me to became a fitness coach and certified Pilates instructor.
While working with clients I noticed that even some of my most dedicated clients had tremendous difficulty kicking the bad habits that had them in an unhealthy state in the first place.
Today, I use my education, experience and expertise to help clients live a healthy life by developing to healthy sustainable habits to replace their unhealthy habits.
