Through the use of a smartphone, DSLR or compact camera, this course seeks to educate
students on the use of photographic theoretical principles, practical application, functions of
a camera and its specific modes. Through a hands-on approach, this course is designed for
high school students interested in photography. Students will have the opportunity to explore
a variety of subject matter, themes and experience a range of techniques, as well as develop
technical and creative skills in producing visually inspiring photographs.
