About Ruhina
I have a Master's degree in Psychology. I have worked in various roles like teacher, counsellor and HR executive for 7yrs. Having 2 years of rich experience in clinical and psychological counseling and guidance. Expert counselor in case of depression, stress, anxiety & any mental health issues. Select mode of therapies are utilised in coping up with such issues and well being. I continue to practice my passion being a Home Maker today.
