About Cameron
I have worked in the area of pharmacology since 2012. I have an MSc in pharmacology from the University of Toronto and a BSc in biological sciences with highest distinctions from Ontario Tech University. I have published my work in peer-reviewed journals, won several academic (national/provincial/and private) awards, and presented my work at several conferences. I have tutored both elementary and high school students in STEM subjects, and I was a Teaching Assistant for a 3rd year undergraduate course in Neuroscience.

I take a personalized approach to learning. I get to know what learning strategies do and do not work for my students, then I tailor my approach accordingly. I find that abstract concepts, like molecular mechanisms, are easier to digest when accompanied by descriptive visuals. Other information heavy topics, like anatomy, are easier to learn when broken down into smaller chunks of information that are learned one at a time. I will recommend the approaches that I know work for success and allow my students to choose the ones that work best for them.

Details
Price start at $25 for elementary and $30 for high school subjects. Pricing for university subjects will depend on the difficulty of the subject matter, the preparation required by me, and the resources I need for effective teaching.
For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. It will allow me the time to adjust accordingly and remain prepared to teach.
