About Micaela
I am currently completing my Masters at the Stellenbosch University, after graduating with my LLB summa cum laude. In addition to reading towards my Masters, I also work with Thuli Madonsela at the Chair of Social Justice where the focus is on human rights and the attainment of social justice. During my LLB I tutored students in Contract Law as well as Delict.

As I am currently doing a Masters through course work, I have elected to take subjects which are more Mercantile Orientated, such as Legal Aspects of World and Regional Trade and Carriage of Goods by Sea, while continuing to expand on my Constitutional Law knowledge through my part-time job.
As I am a learner who learns more efficiently through a student-centred approach, that is the method I would adopt. That means that work will be instructed through demonstration, recitation and memorization. The lesson would include practical examples and application as it is always beneficial for students to see the real-life relevance of topics.
