About Caleigh
I am a Math and History education major at Lee University. I have been tutoring for one year in math and have helped three separate students in that one year. I have been given the opportunity to help an elementary student as well as two middle school students. I was also able to help tutor students at the college level in Recent American History and Western Civilization.

During the pandemic, it is hard to pay attention during class, but I was able to help bring their grades up and bring a new understanding to concepts they were struggling with. I break it down by finding something the student is interested in and finding ways to relate the topic to that. Kids learn better when they have an interest in what they are learning and can relate it to the real world.
