About Micah
I have a bevy of experience starting up and maintaining businesses in the field of education as well as working as a tutor/coach. You can bet I'll always be well prepared, well-caffeinated and on-time to my sessions, and push for my students to adhere to a higher level of professionalism in their own right as well. After a little chit-chat in which I get to know a bit about my student as well as what drives him/her, we get down to business and use our time efficiently throughout the sessions.

I'm perhaps one of those rare people who jive equally with people's personalities and with the STEM world. As such, I aim to craft a winning plan for my students to gain an upper hand in everything from arithmetic and geometry to logic and calculus. My lessons revolve around dialogue and not lecture, as this style clearly helps my students not only learn but retain complex concepts and models. I carefully employ ever more difficult examples to show the intricacies of the subject under discussion, and am extremely patient when my student needs more time or explanation.
