About Beth
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Minor in Education, a Masters in Education, and additional certifications in teaching from Wilfrid Laurier University. I took a course titled "Mathematics Without Tears" in university to learn how to address common math challenges and break down concepts in an easy-to-digest manner. I enjoy learning new things and applying my knowledge to improve my pedagogy. I have over 5 years of experience in a variety of roles in Higher Education including online learning, workshop facilitation, and student success. I have over 7 years of volunteer experience teaching and engaging with children and adults of all ages in a variety of contexts (ex. Sunday School Teacher). I am truly passionate about helping students unlock their full potential and achieve academic success. I want to see you soar on wings like eagles!

The Eagle Tutoring method is a personalized approach to teaching and learning. The free virtual 30 minute consultation serves to assess student needs and to best cater pedagogy to suit their preferred learning style. The paid sessions are 1 hour in length and are offered virtually or in person (Georgetown, ON). Contact Eagle Tutoring for help with Grade 3-8 math.
